• There is a large swimming pool with a large lounge area that will have sunshine all day.

• The pool is heated with solar power which keeps the cost down and extends the swimming season.  A solar heater will maintain a temperature of 70 degrees into mid October.

• There is a 1,700 sq ft Club House with handicapped accessible men’s and ladies rooms.

• 3 of the bedrooms in each unit will have a private bath which allows for full privacy for multiple families   

• The downtown area has an extended season in both the spring and fall because of the large calendar of events that the City has built up over the years.

• The view from each unit is going to be one of excitement, openness and relaxation all at the same time.

• There is a commercial grade elevator that will allow for greater speed (125 feet/minute vs. 40 feet/minute), size (7’x5’vs.4’x4’), capacity (2,500 lbs vs. 750lbs), and safety.  The competition only provides a residential elevator or no elevator at all.

• The subject units are handicapped friendly since there are not any steps inside the unit.  Some of the competition has a split level floor plan which limits accessibility to certain parts of the unit.

• There are 2 means of ingress and egress which allows for easier access and greater safety.

• The main living area of the units and the master bedroom look out over a beautifully landscaped pool area.
